21. Contact, Disputes and Final Provisions
21.1. Contact and requests
Requests concerning services, orders, invoices, payments, withdrawal, termination, refunds and personal data may be made through the contact channels in section 1.1. Choosing an incorrect heading does not cause loss of rights if the legal nature of the request is clear from its content. Opening a support ticket does not restart statutory response or refund periods.
21.2. Applicable law and disputes
Turkish law applies. The Consumer may apply to a consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in accordance with the monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules applicable on the date of application. Pre-action mediation in consumer court proceedings applies subject to statutory exceptions. Relevant subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction rules and mandatory pre-action mediation provisions apply to commercial disputes. The Consumer's ability to seek redress in a legally competent venue is preserved.
21.3. Amendments and partial invalidity
New versions of the documents do not retroactively change the accepted terms of past orders to the User's detriment. The invalidity of one provision does not automatically affect the validity of the others.
No provision may be interpreted as an advance waiver of the Consumer's mandatory rights or the data subject's KVKK rights; as treating a privacy notice as explicit consent; as replacing KVKK Article 9 requirements with an AI operation instruction; or as eliminating the Company's liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where it cannot legally be excluded.
Reporting content or rights infringements
An infringement report should include at least: the reporter's identity/contact details, ownership of the right or authority to represent its holder, the right alleged to be infringed, relevant content/output/account information, a specific description of the infringement and any supporting documents.
You may send your report to support@renderailab.com. The Company is not deemed to admit an infringement merely because an allegation is made. Temporary protective measures are not an admission on the merits; rights holders' and users' statutory remedies remain available.
