Sales, Subscriptions and Pre-contract Information
One-time token packages are available in the purchase section of your account. Newly purchased tokens are valid for two calendar months, calculated in Türkiye time, from the time payment is verified and they are credited. If the target month has no corresponding day, its last day applies. There is no automatic renewal or carry-over of unused tokens. This period applies only to new purchases; existing token expiry dates remain unchanged. A new purchase does not extend the validity of older tokens; tokens expiring earliest are used first. The catalogue alone does not create an order. The final amount, token quantity and order-specific terms are presented separately for your approval before payment. Monthly subscriptions are not available for purchase. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are preserved.
10. Pre-contract Information and Distance Sales
10.1. Pre-contract information
Before being bound by a contract, the Consumer is clearly and comprehensibly informed of the service's main characteristics, the Company's identity and contact details, the total price inclusive of all taxes, payment and performance terms, subscription duration, token terms, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, and termination terms.
10.2. Formation and performance of the contract
In web sales, the Buyer can check their order and correct input errors. Immediately before final confirmation, it is clearly stated that the order entails an obligation to pay. The accepted Order Summary and contract are provided to the Buyer on a durable medium.
Contract versions published later do not retroactively change the accepted terms of a previous order.
11. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
11.1. Subscription
The start, duration, recurring charge, token entitlement, any carry-over terms and method of terminating a subscription are shown in the Order Summary. Terminating a consumer subscription may not be made unnecessarily difficult; the method required for termination may not be more burdensome than the method used to enter into the contract.
Any fresh expression of intent required by legislation to extend a fixed-term consumer subscription is obtained separately.
11.2. Recurring payment authorisation and price changes
Separate payment authorisation is obtained for recurring collection. It applies only to the accepted plan, amount and payment schedule; it does not permit the collection of unlimited amounts to be set by the Company in the future.
Material changes to the price or core scope of the service are notified in advance and fresh acceptance is obtained where legally required. Silence is not acceptance of a new price.
12. One-time Token Packages and Direct Sales
12.1. One-time package
Each one-time token package purchase creates a separate order and payment. It does not start an automatic subscription, recurring collection or automatic top-up. The Order Summary states the token quantity, price inclusive of taxes, start of use, any validity period and order of consumption.
12.2. Direct sales
For a direct sale by the Company, the quotation identifies the service/package, quantity, price, taxes, validity period, payment schedule, performance date and account to which entitlements will be assigned. Payment by bank transfer does not by itself take a consumer contract concluded at a distance outside the scope of distance-contract rules.
19. Order of Precedence and Standard Terms
19.1. Order of precedence
Subject to mandatory law, conflicts are resolved in this order: (1) a separately negotiated specific contract/quotation, (2) the Order Summary, (3) product-specific subscription or token terms, (4) the Distance Sales and Digital Services Agreement, and (5) the Membership and Terms of Use. KVKK notices, explicit consent and standard contracts under KVKK Article 9 are independent for their respective purposes.
19.2. Standard terms
Pre-drafted terms are applied with regard to TBK Articles 20–25. For standard terms contrary to the User's interests to be included, their existence must be clearly disclosed and the User must have an opportunity to learn their content. Unclear or ambiguous standard terms are interpreted against the drafter.
ANNEX 3 – DISTANCE SALES AND DIGITAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
1. Parties: The Provider is T.R.F. Tasarım Danışmanlık A.Ş. and the Buyer is the person identified in the Order Summary.
2. Subject: Provision of the digital service, subscription or token package selected in the Order Summary under the disclosed terms, and payment of its price.
3. Formation: The contract is formed after the Buyer receives the pre-contract information and Order Summary, checks their order and gives confirmation that is clearly stated to entail an obligation to pay.
4. Price and payment: The total price inclusive of taxes and the payment method appear in the Order Summary. There is no duplicate collection; identified overpayments are refunded.
5. Performance: Purchased entitlements are assigned to the relevant account after payment is verified and the start conditions in the Order Summary are met. Assignment of tokens and completion of AI generation are separate stages.
6. Withdrawal: Subject to statutory exceptions, the Consumer may withdraw within 14 days. A special form is not required.
7. Early performance: Separate active approval is obtained for services where beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends affects the right of withdrawal.
8. Defective services: The remedies under TKHK Articles 13–16 remain reserved.
9. Refunds: Amounts legally required to be refunded are returned within the periods and by the methods prescribed by legislation.
10. Disputes: The Consumer's statutory rights of recourse and jurisdiction remain reserved.
ANNEX 4 – SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING PAYMENT TERMS
Recurring payment authorisation applies only to the plan, amount and payment schedule disclosed in the Order Summary. Where a new price or material plan change is needed, the new terms are notified in advance and fresh acceptance is obtained where legally required.
Termination, stopping future collections and withdrawal are different requests. Termination of a consumer subscription may not be subject to a more burdensome procedure than formation of the contract.
A fresh declaration to extend a fixed-term subscription is obtained separately where required.
ANNEX 5 – ONE-TIME TOKEN PACKAGE TERMS
This order is for a one-time token package. It does not start an automatic subscription or recurring payment. Technically assigning the package balance to the account does not mean the entire service is complete or that all the Consumer's withdrawal/refund rights have ended.
Before ordering, separate pre-contract information and an order summary are provided, completed with the actual plan, tokens, total price inclusive of all taxes, payment, duration, validity, carry-over, order of consumption, technical limits and performance terms. A general page does not replace an order-specific document. A fixed copy of the documents you accept is linked to your account.
An iyzico payment notification or receipt is not a company invoice; the company invoice is issued by the financial adviser. Direct sales are made through the Company's quotation and bank transfer/EFT/FAST channels and are not presented as iyzico payment links.
